  • The PIC Research Center (PIC-RC) is envisioned as a specialized academic support center aimed at providing comprehensive guidance and assistance to students undertaking thesis or dissertation projects. The center aims to facilitate the research process, enhance students' academic skills, and ultimately improve learning outcomes. This conceptualization outlines the functions and responsibilities of various unit heads within the PIC-RC to ensure the effective operation and delivery of services.


    Writing thesis and dissertation is very important. Main purpose of the center is to teach how to write the best. Thousands of PHD and MA degree holder (Alumni) of PIC will work with famous professors together.


    After graduation, students also can join this center to help prospective students of graduate programs in PIC. Additionally, research center members and professors can teach for the PIC students, therefore everything can be virtuous circle through this center.


    This center also will publish textbooks and journals for the students.

    • Oversees the overall management and administration of the PIC-RC.

    Academic Coordinator

    • Monitors students' progress and evaluates the effectiveness of academic support programs.

    Research Methodology Specialist

    • Provides expertise in research methodologies, study design, data collection, and analysis techniques.
    • Offers guidance and assistance to students in formulating research questions, hypotheses, and research designs.
    • Conducts workshops and training sessions on research methodologies and statistical analysis software.
    • Reviews and provides feedback on research proposals, data analysis plans, and research findings.

    Writing and Editing Coordinator

    • Assists students in developing and refining their writing skills, including thesis organization, clarity, coherence, and citation formatting.
    • Provides feedback on thesis drafts, offering suggestions for improvement in content, structure, and style.
    • Conducts writing workshops and tutorials on academic writing conventions, literature reviews, and thesis formatting guidelines.

    Technology and Data Management Specialist

  • Procedures of Invitation and Conduct of Service
  • Providing research and thesis services in a Research Center involves a structured process and set of procedures to ensure effective support for students undertaking thesis/dissertation projects. Here are the lists of key processes and procedures involved:


    • Enrollment:
      Students enroll in the PRC during their 4th term for those taking MAED and 5th term for PhD but we encourage to enroll from the 1st Term earlier to prepare the best accomplishments.
    • Initial Consultation:
      Students schedule an initial consultation with the PRC to discuss their research needs and objectives.
      During the consultation, students meet with a research advisor to assess their research readiness, clarify expectations, and outline the scope of support needed.
    • Needs Assessment:
      The research advisor conducts a needs assessment to identify students' specific research challenges, goals, and areas of support required.

      Students may be asked to provide information about their research topic, objectives, methodology, and any existing materials or drafts.
    • Goal Setting and Planning:
      Based on the needs assessment, the research advisor collaborates with students to set achievable research goals and develop a customized plan of action.

      The plan may include milestones, timelines, and strategies for literature review, data collection, analysis, writing, and revision.
    • Literature Review Assistance:
      Students receive guidance and support in conducting a comprehensive literature review, including assistance in identifying relevant scholarly sources, summarizing key findings, and synthesizing literature to support the research rationale.
    • Methodological Support:
      The center provides methodological support to students, including guidance in selecting appropriate research methodologies, study designs, and data collection instruments.

      Students receive assistance in developing research questions, hypotheses, and data analysis plans aligned with their research objectives.
    • Data Collection and Analysis:
      Students receive assistance in collecting and analyzing research data, including guidance on data collection methods, tools, and techniques.

      The PRC offers support in using statistical software, qualitative analysis tools, and other data analysis resources.
    • Writing and Editing Support:
      Students receive support in writing and editing their thesis or dissertation drafts, including assistance in structuring the document, improving clarity and coherence, and ensuring adherence to academic writing conventions and formatting guidelines.

      The center provides feedback on thesis drafts, offering suggestions for improvement in content, organization, style, and citation formatting.
    • Finalization and Submission:
      Students receive guidance and support in finalizing their thesis or dissertation, including assistance in preparing for defense, addressing feedback from committee members, and ensuring compliance with institutional requirements for submission.

      The center provides resources and guidance on thesis formatting, submission procedures, and deadlines.
    • Follow-Up and Evaluation:
      After completing the thesis or dissertation, students may participate in follow-up sessions or evaluations to provide feedback on their experience with the center's services.

      The center conducts evaluations to assess the effectiveness of its services, identify areas for improvement, and gather testimonials from satisfied students.
