온라인의 발달은 인류의 삶을 근본적으로 바꾸어 놓았습니다. 운송수단의 발달도 인류을 한 가족으로, 한 나라로 만드는데 일조하고 있습니다.
이와 같은 흐름에 힘입어 전 세계의 교육 분야도 무한 진화와 발전을 거듭하고 있습니다.

그러나 우리가 스스로 절제하지 않으면 느림의 철학이 주는 소중한 가치를 잃어버리기 쉬운 세대입니다. 이제 새로운 페러다임의 교육으로 인류의 행복을 가꾸도록 준비해야 합니다.
인터넷 세상에 아름다운 미담이 넘쳐나기를 소망합니다. 특히 외국의 교육제도 중 50개 주를 가지고 있는 합중국 미국은 각 주마다 민∙형사법이 다르듯 교육법 또한 매우 상이합니다. 각 주마다 학교 인가에 관한 법률뿐만 아니라 이와 별도로 비정부적인 자발적 인증제도 또한 매우 다양합니다.

PIC는 미국 정부와 필리핀 정부에서 인가(등록)를 받아 학교 이름과 같이 대륙을 넘나들며 온라인 교육 프로그램을 운영하고 있는 글로벌 교육 시스템입니다. 소소한 학칙, 규칙을 비롯하여 대학의 인가와 인증에 관한 제도, 그리고 국가 간 학력을 인정해주는 법률들은 일률적이지 않아 간단한 문제가 아닌 것으로 생각됩니다.

The development of online education changed human life fundamentally. Transportation advancement contributes too much also to make human race into one family and one country. In this circumstances, the education field of the world limitlessly evolves and develops.

But if you don’t do self discipline, it is the generation to forget easily to loose precious values “slowness” philosophy gives. Now we have to prepare to give human race happiness by new education paradigm

In the cyber world, I hope there are many beautiful stories abundantly. Especially in USA having fifty states, education law is different just as the criminal or civil law differs in each states. In addition, the USA’s accreditation system, non governmental, private and voluntary, also varies.

PIC owns a school license (registration) in USA/Philippines and PIC operates internationally like PIC name. School regulations, dissertation rules and school approval by state government and accreditation, and operating rule to accept the credit in foreign countries is not simple in my opinion.
