Moreover, according to the ‘Franchise License Agreement for Consortium Courses’ with PIC Philippines (registered with the Philippines Commission on Higher Education, CHED), etc., students graduating from PIC USA receive degree/diploma.

There are no problems for students who are fluent in English, however, for those students who are hesitant to study abroad because they lack an English education, PIC supports these students by offering the ESL (English as a Second Language) program (Online Program) and providing supporting materials for international students in their native languages.
