Another sister school is located in a municipality known for its rich cultural heritage, vibrant community, and significant historical landmarks, GMA, Cavite. Monte Cristo Research and Educational Institute was established in 2005 by dedicated educators who wished to contribute to the development of the country through the provision of high-quality education to Filipino children at the lowest cost.

Lastly, the Monte Cristo Research and Educational Institute—Lipa City Branch is located in the most populous city of Batangas and one of the best places to live in the Philippines, Lipa City, Batangas. The institute's goals are to provide a firm foundation in the fundamental skills necessary to pursue further education and to stimulate growth in all areas of the child’s development.

Pacific InterContinental College – USA (PIC USA), one of allied institutions for joint degree programs, is a private online institution in consortium with PIC Philippines that was founded on 2002. PIC USA was licensed in year 2002, to engage in operating online post-secondary educational institution including secondary education. Currently, PIC offers affiliated program with PIC USA and it is possible for students to acquire both degrees (consortium degree).
